XQV LD Botton Heading machine is a specialized equipment suitable for prestressed concrete components, which is used to upset the ends of steel bars or steel wires to form upset heads, so as to fix the prestressed tendons through anchors. Based on the cold upsetting forming technology, it applies instantaneous high pressure to the ends of steel bars through hydraulic transmission, causing local plastic deformation and upsetting.The mold inside the equipment restrains the ends of steel bars to ensure the regular shape of the upset heads, meeting the anchoring requirements. Without heating, it relies on plastic deformation to avoid the influence of high temperature on the mechanical properties of steel bars.

Application:
The prestressed upsetting machine finds wide application in pre-tensioned and post-tensioned construction projects, with its key application scenarios listed below:

-Construction and Bridges: It is used for anchoring prestressed tendons in precast components (such as crane beams, roof trusses, etc.) and floor slabs of high-rise buildings. In small and medium-span bridges like simply supported beams and continuous beams, it can effectively fix steel wire bundles or steel strands.

-Geotechnical Engineering: In slope support, tunnel reinforcement, and coal mine roadway support, it upsets the ends of anchor rods/cables to achieve prestressed reinforcement of geotechnical bodies.

-Water Conservancy and Other Fields: It is applicable to anchoring precast components such as dams and queducts, as well as anchoring steel bars in railway sleepers to enhance their fatigue resistance.
